Michael Scott
Director of Positve Change Tour
I live in northern Washington state, where I ran for state legislative office twice(as a libertarian). Also, I grassroots lobbying for cannabis rights, for veteran's rights, and human rights. I founded “Project PC; AKA “Project Positive Change”(nonprofit 501c3) nearly seven years ago. I’ve been on a mission to share the truth about cannabis, plant medicines, and other healing modalities. I’ve spent the last several years traveling nationally and internationally, meeting with & documenting doctors, scientists, researchers, and patients, as well as speaking at conferences, helping create discussions, and presenting at universities. Along this path, my concerns regarding post-traumatic stress disorder(PTSD) led to the creation of the “Positive Change Tour.” As the previous SAL commander(currently the Chaplin) of my local American Legion Post 92 and voluntary service officer, I understand the immediate need to address the loss of at least twenty two veterans every day, and if the data I’m seeing is correct, we are losing more than that of those that are first responders.
At Project PC, it was very clear to us that we needed to reach out to those in need. We’ve been working on much to help in this path. The “Positive Change Tour” is part of that. We are making our way throughout the United States and Canada to plant the seeds to create the spark of hope and positivity we wish to see in this world. Our Tour helps in connecting folks in each community, canvassing each area as we travel to find support resources for those in each city, helping them see that there are other ways to find help and to heal. So happy to see so many standing up and joining together to help these change to become a reality!
Thank You!!!

Scott Ross
Licensed Mental Health Couselor
I am a licensed mental health counselor who has been in practice since 2011. For over a decade now I have studied the potential of psychedelic medicines for PTSD, existential distress, anxiety, depression, and personal growth. Part of my interest stems from suffering from severe migraines since early childhood and coming to realize that many traditional medical and therapeutic approaches to dealing with the impact of these experiences were inadequate. In 2019 I co-founded KetaMind Therapy and have been practicing Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy over the past year, which is a promising new approach to treating depression, trauma, suicidality and other issues which medication and psychotherapy have struggled to effectively treat. Currently ketamine is the only psychedelic medicine legal for broad clinical use in the United States.
